Speaking Out
RAD provides a voice for positive change and challenge on issues which affect rural areas.
One of the ways Rural Action Derbyshire tries to improve the lives of people living and working in rural Derbyshire is through participation in strategic bodies. This provides an opportunity to influence strategy whilst it is being developed in order to ensure it benefits Derbyshire’s rural communities. RAD is active in partnerships and strategic bodies at local and regional level and contributes to policy formation at national level.
